Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 60 g approx 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 240 ml 1 cup almond milk or a mixture with water
- 1 soft pitted date
- 2 ripe bananas peeled
- Lemon juice to taste
- Handful of ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instruction
- Add everything in to your (powerful) blender and whiz until the cashews are smooth and creamy.
