Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2-3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk ((I used cashew milk))
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until just incorporated.
- Heat waffle iron.
- Pour 1/2 -3/4 cup onto hot iron depending on the size of your waffle iron. Mine takes almost 3/4 cup but I have a large Belgian waffle iron.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Place cooked waffle into oven directly onto rack. continue cooking the remaining waffles.
- Serve with butter and syrup and your favorite toppings such as fruit and nuts.
