Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2-3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk ((I used cashew milk))
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
  • In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until just incorporated.
  • Heat waffle iron.
  • Pour 1/2 -3/4 cup onto hot iron depending on the size of your waffle iron. Mine takes almost 3/4 cup but I have a large Belgian waffle iron.
  • Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Place cooked waffle into oven directly onto rack. continue cooking the remaining waffles.
  • Serve with butter and syrup and your favorite toppings such as fruit and nuts.
