Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (- solid)
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda ((I only used a big pinch))
Instruction
- Mash the banana and add the coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla.
- Add the cocoonut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda; mix well.
- Transfer to a ramekin or coffee cup.
- Microwave on HIGH (100 percent power) for 3 minutes.
- Cool a bit and enjoy.
