Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (- solid)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda ((I only used a big pinch))

Instruction

  • Mash the banana and add the coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla.
  • Add the cocoonut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda; mix well.
  • Transfer to a ramekin or coffee cup.
  • Microwave on HIGH (100 percent power) for 3 minutes.
  • Cool a bit and enjoy.
