Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar (granulated)
  • ¼ cup sugar (brown)
  • ⅔ cup cocoa
  • ¾ cup flour (all purpose )
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (semi sweet )
  • ½ cup walnuts (chopped)

Instruction

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then stir in the olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Then stir in the sugars until just combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Then stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Spoon the batter into a lined square baking pan. And bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes.
