Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 8 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 bananas (overripe)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups cream cheese frosting
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar
- Beat in the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt
- Slowly stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish and pour the batter in the dish
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
- Cool in the pan on a wire rack
- When the bars are completely cooled, frost and cut into one-inch squares
- Garnish with crushed pecans if desired
