The following ingredients have 2 Servings

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 fresh banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instruction

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Add smoothie to a small bowl or cup and add toppings.
