Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 banana (plus sliced banana for topping, frozen)
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (plus more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries (plus more for topping)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (plus more for topping)
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • pepitas (for topping)
  • optional: raw honey (to drizzle for additional sweetness)

Instruction

  • In a blender, add the unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, fresh blueberries, fresh blackberries, chia seeds, and full fat plain greek yogurt.
  • Blend until very smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add sliced banana, fresh blueberries, fresh blackberries, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), and more chia seeds.
