The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 Bananas
- 200 grams Bacon
Instruction
- Cut each banana into 4 equal parts. They should be about an inch to an inch and a half in length, or about the width of a piece of bacon. I actually just wrapped the banana with the bacon first, then cut it into pieces. Stick through with a toothpick to hold everything in place.
- In a hot skillet add the banana bacon bites and cook as you would normally cook bacon. When the bacon is just about done you can put the open banana part directly on the pan to give it a nice caramelized crust. Serve immediately.
