The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large ripe banana ((with brown spots on its skin))
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- drizzled almond butter
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- slivered/sliced almonds
Instruction
- In a blender combine smoothie ingredients (banana, almond butter, hempseeds, chia seeds, almond milk). Blend it smooth.
- Pour it in the serving glasses and garnish as per your choice. Serve immediately.
