- 1 pound(s) lump crab meat, special or claw**can substutue imitation crab meat**
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 2 tablespoon(s) mayonaisse
- 2 teaspoon(s) mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) chives, dried or fresh (green onion, finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon(s) bell peppers (multi color) chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) sriracha hot sauce (fav hot sauce)
- 1 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning (seafood seasoning of choice)
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
- 1 cup(s) panko bread crumbs, divided
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
- SPICY CRAB SAUCE
- 2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 2 teaspoon(s) sriracha sauce (more or less)
- 1 teaspoon(s) grated ginger or ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) granulated garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar of choice
- - **for a large crowd, double all the ingredients**

Instruction
- combine ingredients 1-9. add 1/3 of the bread crumbs.
- fold ingredients together
- on a large plate combine remaining bread crumbs and parsley. form the crab mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. roll balls in the bread crumbs and parsley mixture.
- deep fry at 320 degrees for 3 minutes or until golden brown
- remove and drain oil
- serve with spicy crab sauce
