Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 pound box pasta
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- 15 ounces canned Chickpeas
- 12 ounces Roasted Red Bell Peppers (or homemade roasted peppers)
- 6.5 ounces Large Black Olives
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to box once cooked drain and rinse with cold water until cold.
- Pour pasta in a large bow.
- Slice your red peppers, olives and add into pasta.
- Drain the can of chickpeas and add them into the bowl.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and add to the bowl
- Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar into the bowl and stir well.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
