Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1/2 lb. young carrots
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. raw honey (optional)
- Fresh parsley (minced)
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- In a bowl, combine the ghee, garlic, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and season to taste.
- Mix in the carrots and toss until well coated.
- Place in the oven and roast for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley.
