- 2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, mix brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread brussels sprouts into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
