Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Red onions (cut into wedges)
- 2 large Apple (peeled, cored and cut into quarters)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.
- Heat the oil in a roasting pan on the hob and add the onions. Cook for 2 minutes then add the apples and stir so everything is coated with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, cover with kitchen foil and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard the foil, sprinkle the balsamic vinegar over the onions and apples, baste well and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
