Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs Pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Place pork tenderloin in a 6 quart crock pot.
  • Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the balsamic mixture over the pork in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours on low or 3-3.5 hours on high.
  • Remove the the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and slice.
  • Brush or drizzle the pork tenderloin with the sauce from the crock pot when serving and enjoy!
