Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs Pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Place pork tenderloin in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the pork in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours on low or 3-3.5 hours on high.
- Remove the the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and slice.
- Brush or drizzle the pork tenderloin with the sauce from the crock pot when serving and enjoy!
