Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves (optional)
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Combine marinade in ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place chicken pieces inside a gallon size plastic storage bad and add marinade. Seal bag and turn it over a few times to distribute marinade. Refrigerate chicken for several hours.
- Grill over medium heat until chicken is thoroughly cooked (see Notes below).
- If grilling boneless breast, slice it and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
