The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 1 cup (250 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) peeled shrimp, tails-on
  • 4 green onions, white part only, cut into 2 pieces 

  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 long wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
