Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10-12 bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5 garlic, minced
  • 2 or 4 tblsp ginger, ground or grated
  • 1 tblsp onion powder
  • 2 or 4 tblsp Italian seasoning, dried or fresh

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a large freezer bag.
  • Add the chicken to the bag and seal with as little air as possible.
  • Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  
  • Place the chicken on a tinfoil lined baking sheet with a rack on top.
  • Spray the rack with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the rack and in to the oven.
  • Bake until cooked and the skin is caramelized, about 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
