  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock or water. plus or minus
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 3/4 cup cherry preserves
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary (chopped)
