Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. broccoli or broccolini
- 1/2 lb. wild mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- Pinch of red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Melt the ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add in the broccoli and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add in the mushrooms and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and scrape the bottom with a wooden spatula, deglazing the pan.
- Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chili flakes and toss.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
