Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. broccoli or broccolini
  • 1/2 lb. wild mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • Pinch of red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp. ghee
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Melt the ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add in the broccoli and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add in the mushrooms and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the vegetable stock and scrape the bottom with a wooden spatula, deglazing the pan.
  • Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chili flakes and toss.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
