Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups potato chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cups butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Crush 2 cups of potato chips and set aside.
- Beat together butter and sugars in a mixer on high until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Add in eggs and vanilla and beat well until creamy.
- Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add in 2 cups of potato chips, chocolate chips and caramel bits and mix until combined.
- Roll dough into balls and roll in the crushed potato chips. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet and cool on a rack.
