Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- In a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until blended.
- Add in eggs and vanilla.
- Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix to combine
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 1/4 cup balls and flatten to 1/2 inch with the palm of your hand. Place dough into an airtight container or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
- Let dough sit at room temperature 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
