- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
