- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb ground beef ((I used 80/20))
- 1 lb ziti
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons butter, (cut into 8 equal pieces)
- Fresh basil, (for serving)
