Ingredients
The following ingredients have 25 Servings
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1/4 cup Cotija cheese (grated)
- 4 oz green chiles ((canned), mild or hot undrained)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1//2 tsp Mexican oregano (dried)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne (1/2 for spicier)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil. Spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients together and mix to blend. Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs registers 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
