Ingredients

The following ingredients have 25 Servings
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup Cotija cheese (grated)
  • 4 oz green chiles ((canned), mild or hot undrained)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1//2 tsp Mexican oregano (dried)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (1/2 for spicier)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F.  Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil.  Spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients together and mix to blend.  Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.  
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs registers 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
