Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. ground turkey ((I used white meat ground turkey breast, but any version will work))
- 1 egg
- ½ cup finely minced onion
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, use a fork or your fingers to gently combine all ingredients. Be sure that you don’t overmix the meat mixture or it will be tough and dry.
- Using a teaspoon or melon baller, shape turkey mixture into 1-inch balls. Drop on prepared pan.
- Bake, uncovered, for 6 – 8 minutes.
