The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup (add 1-2 more tablespoons for a sweeter sauce)
  • 1/2 orange (juiced (2-3 tablespoons))
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 salmon filets (about 1 - 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
