Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 pound shredded cheese
- 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces refried beans
- 4 ounces Light cream cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 6 ounces Salsa
Instruction
- fry ground beef in skillet. Drain fat and mix in taco seasoning. Turn heat to low and add Rotel and the retried beans. Mix well and remove from heat. Once cooled slightly add cream cheese and mix. Your mixture should be hot enough to melt the cream cheese but cool enough to keep it from curdling. After mixing thoroughly spread in bottom of baking dish and put a thin layer of salsa on top. Once it's evenly spread cover the top in cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and center is hot.
