The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes (ends chopped off and peeled)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil (or melted ghee, or olive oil)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 medjool date (pitted and softened )
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup homemade mayo (or store bought Paleo Mayo like Primal Kitchen)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp dried chives
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Dash cayenne pepper for spice (optional)
