The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes (ends chopped off and peeled)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil (or melted ghee, or olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 medjool date (pitted and softened )
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup homemade mayo (or store bought Paleo Mayo like Primal Kitchen)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Dash cayenne pepper for spice (optional)
