Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz white mushrooms, (or any that you like)
  • ½ yellow onion, (chopped)
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, (shredded)
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, (minced)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Take the stems off each mushroom. Chop the stems and add to a medium bowl.
  • In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, add onion with olive oil and saute until onions are clear.
  • Combine the onion, chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, and shredded cheese with a Tablespoon of the sour cream and a pinch of salt.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the onion mix.
  • Place each mushroom on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • You may garnish with fresh chopped dill. (optional).
