Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz white mushrooms, (or any that you like)
- ½ yellow onion, (chopped)
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Take the stems off each mushroom. Chop the stems and add to a medium bowl.
- In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, add onion with olive oil and saute until onions are clear.
- Combine the onion, chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, and shredded cheese with a Tablespoon of the sour cream and a pinch of salt.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the onion mix.
- Place each mushroom on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- You may garnish with fresh chopped dill. (optional).
