Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
- 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 dash white pepper
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- Pita wedges, crackers, or bread to dip in (crackers, bread to dip in)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, mustard, and pepper
- Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach, and onion
- Spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie pan
- Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese
- Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through
- Serve warm
