Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Italian sausages
  • 1 whole red bell pepper ((thick slices))
  • 1 whole green bell pepper ((thick slices))
  • 1 small to medium sized yellow or red onion ((sliced))
  • 2 zucchini ((cut into half-moons))
  • 2 squash ((cut into half-moons))
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning ((or use thyme, oregano))
  • ¾ tsp salt ((use more or less according to your liking))
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2½ tbsp olive oil

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a large baking sheet ( 13 x 18-inch), season the veggies with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Place the sausages directly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 425°F or until the sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
