Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 4 cups seasoned tomato sauce (like this or spaghetti sauce)
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 4 ounces pepperoni (sliced, I just used about half the 7 oz package)
  • 3 cups mozzarella (shredded )

Instruction

  • Cook pasta according to package directions to the al denta stage. Drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage until it's no longer pink. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
  • Combine tomato sauce, pasta, sausage, and pepperoni.
  • Spray a 9x13 with Pam 99% Less Residue Cooking spray
  • Pour pasta into casserole dish.
  • Top pasta with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place in oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
