Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 4 cups seasoned tomato sauce (like this or spaghetti sauce)
- 12 ounces pasta
- 4 ounces pepperoni (sliced, I just used about half the 7 oz package)
- 3 cups mozzarella (shredded )
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to package directions to the al denta stage. Drain.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook sausage until it's no longer pink. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Remove to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
- Combine tomato sauce, pasta, sausage, and pepperoni.
- Spray a 9x13 with Pam 99% Less Residue Cooking spray
- Pour pasta into casserole dish.
- Top pasta with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
