Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • Marinade:
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch red pepper flake (optional)

Instruction

  • Whisk all marinade ingredients together until fully combined.
  • Place salmon pieces into resealable freezer bag. Pour marinade over top, close bag, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon fillets on baking sheet. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is flaky - do not overcook.
