Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch red pepper flake (optional)
Instruction
- Whisk all marinade ingredients together until fully combined.
- Place salmon pieces into resealable freezer bag. Pour marinade over top, close bag, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is flaky - do not overcook.
- Pour remaining marinade into sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove salmon from oven and pour glaze over top of each fillet. Enjoy!
