Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brush salmon with olive oil then season with half the Cajun seasonings, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Get both sides.
  • Set into a baking dish and bake 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through to your liking.
  • When salmon is nearly done, melt butter in a small pan and swirl in lemon juice and the remaining Cajun seasonings.
  • Set salmon onto serving plates, top with butter and parsley.
  • Serve!
