- 1 cup roasted peppers (packed in water, drained from their liquid)
- 6 medium cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons organic (raw apple cider vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (leaves only)
- 3 to 4 pounds bone-in skinless chicken parts (see NOTES)
