Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 tablespoon margarine, melted

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, chili powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk pumpkin, eggs, milk, and margarine. Add to dry mixture and stir just until combined. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown on bottom. Serve warm.
