Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (or other high-smoke point oil)
- Kosher Salt
- fresh chopped chives or scallions
- grated cheddar cheese
- cooked crumbled bacon
- sour cream
Instruction
- Wash and dry the potatoes.
- Rub each potato with just a little oil - I use canola.
- After that, put the potatoes into the slow cooker and sprinkle them with kosher salt.
- Set the air fryer to 400º F and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- Using tongs, turn the potatoes and return the basket to the air fryer.
- Set the time for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of your potatoes.)
- Use a fork to see if the potatoes are cooked through.
- Adjust time as needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
