The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1/2-1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix together the seasonings and then sprinkle onto both sides of the pork chops and rub it into the pork chops along with the avocado oil.
- Place the pork chops onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes for medium cooked pork chops or 8-10 minutes per side for well-done pork chops.
- The pork chops are done when they reach 145° F measured in the center, this is the lowest safe point for pork chops. For well-done pork chops go for 155-160.
