Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 12 oysters (freshly shucked)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 12 teaspoon gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Instruction

  • Set the oven to high broil.
  • On aluminum foil lined baking tray place the oysters.
  • Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over each oyster.
  • In a small bowl combine mayo and Sriracha. Mix until smooth.
  • Place a dollop of mayo mix on each oyster.
  • Place teaspoon of gluten-free panko on each oyster.
  • Broil on high for 6 minutes.
  • Turn broiler to low and broil for additional 4 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
