Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 12 oysters (freshly shucked)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 12 teaspoon gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
- squeeze of lemon juice
Instruction
- Set the oven to high broil.
- On aluminum foil lined baking tray place the oysters.
- Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over each oyster.
- In a small bowl combine mayo and Sriracha. Mix until smooth.
- Place a dollop of mayo mix on each oyster.
- Place teaspoon of gluten-free panko on each oyster.
- Broil on high for 6 minutes.
- Turn broiler to low and broil for additional 4 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
