Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour (grind oats in blender to make oat flour)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice or 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Emulsion and 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbs oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- More white chocolate tips for melting and garnishing tops
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F)
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients except pumpkin pie spice (oats, oat flour, flour, baking soda, baking powder salt, and brown sugar)
- In separate bowl combine pumpkin, vanilla, oil, and pumpkin pie spice
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and stir, then add in milk and white chips, and stir well.
- Press into lined pan
- Bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned
- Remove from oven and cut into squares (9 total)
- Melt some more white chocolate chips (optional) and pipe into the top!
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
