The following ingredients have 40 Servings
  • 1 Batch of Gluten-Free Vegan Mac & Cheese
  • 1 to 2 Prepared Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacements

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare your mac & cheese and while that's cooking, prepare the egg replacer.
  • Once the mac & cheese is done, mix in the prepared egg replacer(s).
  • Grease a non-stick mini muffin pan (24 or 48 cup sheet).
  • Add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the sticky mac & cheese to each greased mini cup (you'll have to do 2 batches if you have a 24-cup pan).
  • Bake the bites in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool slightly before removing from pan and serving with your choice of dip.
