Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 marrow
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch salt (optional)
  • Pinch Black pepper
  • 500 g leftover curry

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c. Lightly oil a baking tray
  • Cut the marrow in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and soft middle.
  • Rub the olive oil into the marrow and season with a little salt and pepper, if using.
  • Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check with fork that the marrow is soft.
  • Fill the marrow with leftover curry (or another similar kind of filling). Return the marrow to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
