Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 marrow
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Pinch salt (optional)
- Pinch Black pepper
- 500 g leftover curry
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°c. Lightly oil a baking tray
- Cut the marrow in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and soft middle.
- Rub the olive oil into the marrow and season with a little salt and pepper, if using.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check with fork that the marrow is soft.
- Fill the marrow with leftover curry (or another similar kind of filling). Return the marrow to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
