Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onions

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with foil, and coat with non-stick spray or olive oil
  • Place chicken tenders on the baking sheet, and season all with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • In a small bowl, mix the sriracha sauce, honey and minced onions, and spread a thin coat evenly over the chicken tenders
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees
  • Remove from oven, coat with remaining sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes or until sauce is thick
  • Add chopped fresh cilantro or lime slices for garnish, if desired
