  • 5-6 boneless chicken thighs (if you prefer bone-in chicken thighs use that make sure to adjust cooking time )
  • salt and ground black pepper ( to taste )
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced)
  • 5 tablespoons honey 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
