Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 200g tenderstem broccoli
  • 150g dolcelatte or creamy blue cheese, crumbled
  • 150ml pot single cream

Instruction

  • Heat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Heat a large pan of salted water to boiling. Cook the gnocchi following pack instructions then scoop out and drain. Cook the broccoli in the same water until just tender then drain.
  • Put the gnocchi, broccoli, cheese and cream in a bowl. Season well and stir together then tip into a buttered ovenproof dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with salad.
