Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally or you can pound them flat 4-6 chicken thighs ( or cut into strips )
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2-4 tablespoons oil
  • cooking spray

Instruction

  • Rinse and pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  • In one of the bowls, combine the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • In another bowl mix the Panko, Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  • In a small bowl, beat your eggs.
  • Dredge the chicken in the flour, then dip in the eggs, coating completely, then finally in the panko bread crumbs.
