Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound French bread (or brioche bread)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cinnamon Topping:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons cold butter (cubed)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut the French bread into bite sized pieces and place into the prepared dish.
  • In a medium sized bowl combine eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over the bread.
