Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound French bread (or brioche bread)
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cinnamon Topping:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons cold butter (cubed)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut the French bread into bite sized pieces and place into the prepared dish.
- In a medium sized bowl combine eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over the bread.
