Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground paprika

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel and rinse the potatoes.
  • Cut into even thin strands. Rinse under cold water. Completely pat dry.
  • In a bowl, add the potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Baked 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fries.  Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
  • Enjoy.
