Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb potatoes
- 3 Tbsp canola oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground paprika
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and rinse the potatoes.
- Cut into even thin strands. Rinse under cold water. Completely pat dry.
- In a bowl, add the potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well incorporated.
- Baked 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fries. Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
