Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 16 oz. salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instruction

  • In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
  • Place fish skin side up in the shallow bowl. Cover and marinate for 1-4 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Place salmon in a baking dish, skin side down.
  • For a spicier option, pour the marinade over the fish and bake with the marinade.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the thickest part of the fish is not translucent.
  • Serve with the remaining baked marinade, if desired.
