Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 16 oz. salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instruction
- In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Place fish skin side up in the shallow bowl. Cover and marinate for 1-4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place salmon in a baking dish, skin side down.
- For a spicier option, pour the marinade over the fish and bake with the marinade.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the thickest part of the fish is not translucent.
- Serve with the remaining baked marinade, if desired.
